AccallTrust operates in compliance with Canadian accounting and financial standards. All services are delivered with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Service fees are specified in your engagement letter, invoice, or online purchase confirmation. Payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as described in the agreement.
A billing error was made by AccallTrust. No refunds are available for completed accounting or tax filings, consulting sessions, or delivered financial reports.
Clients may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of payment.
AccallTrust maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information. All data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
AccallTrust shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
While we take care to ensure accuracy in our services, clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all financial documents before submission to authorities.
All materials, reports, templates, and content provided by AccallTrust are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
The Site may include references or links to third-party tools and resources. AccallTrust is not responsible for the accuracy or performance of third-party providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Alberta courts.
